Project
which has 33 floors (1 basement floor, 1 ground floor
and 31 floors) was completed successfully by using İNTEVA
formwork systems. At the first six floors, the floor
heights vary at the intervals of 450 cm and 600 cm.
After these six floors, other floor heights were designed
as 350 cm up to the 33rd floor. The heights being too
variable, which is considered to be a big problem especially
for wall formworks, was easily solved as the formwork
height is adjustable in İNTEVA formwork system. Elevator
and stairs shatfs formworks were designed according
to the floor with the height of 550 cm and it was thought
that their concrete would be poured at the underfloor
level so formwork was given at the height of 525 cm
and 1/2 set. By using this formwork, 425, 500 and 525
cm high walls were poured by adjusting
only plywoods’ heights which were mounted in front of
the formwork. The 575 cm wall on just one floor was
poured 50 cm short and this 50 cm was solved like a
beamside during the slab formwork and it’ s concrete
was poured with the slab concrete. 525 cm height formwork
was assemled by adding 330 and 180 cm height’ s beams
and fixing four lines steel wailings behind these beams.
At the 360 cm height beams were obtained 325 cm height
elevator and stairs shafts formwork which were to be
used at these floors were solved by using 2 lines steel
wailings. Few 330 cm high beams were added to the remainder
components from disassemby and elevators and stairs
shafts formworks which were used as 1/2 set at the lower
floors were used full set at these floors so project
time was shortened. Big struts which were used at the
525 cm height formwork, were divided in two parts and
used as two struts at the 325 cm height formwork. This
is a very good example for the formwork engineering.
Formwork engineering company should use all the components
of it’s client properly and efficiently so it provides
big benefits to the client’s project like economy, quality
and speed. |
